So why have all of my midterm and exam weeks fallen so perfectly on the same weeks as my period? Like, seriously!
Ok, first midterms in June were during my period, second midterms in July were during my period, and now my exams in August are during my period! Arg.
I don't feel prepared. Definitely didn't do as much studying as I should have. Ah well.
So yes, I have reverted back to being an obsessed teenybopper. For who, you ask? Not telling! Muahahahaha.
Going back to my job in a month. Gawd, why did I choose to go back?

OMG! It's another week from hell! Three midterms, a presentation, and my darned, darned, darned period!
So I'm done 2/3 midterms. The first one...I think I did well on. The second one...hai...do I ever want to mention it? I get so depressed every time I think about it. All I'm gonna say is...it's gonna be a struggle to pass this one (not pass as in Julie standards, I mean, pass as in a 50%).
So, one more to go plus a presentation. Not confidant about the presentation. I have yet to memorize my part of the presentation. I realize it's only 1:30 minutes of speaking but it's still not in my head yet. I have yet to start going over my notes for Friday's nutrition midterm. I will start...soon...maybe.
On a good note, at least my period was relatively on schedule this time around and I am herpes-free (err...as in the cold sore variety, what are you thinking? tsk tsk).
Oh yeah, and I won on the slots on Canada Day! Yay!

*sigh*
I'm in a downward spiral towards nerdiness and there seems to be no stopping me from crossing over to the dark side (you know you're a geek when...).
It's sad to say but I'm completely addicted to watching Japanese shows. Yes, that's right, I've graduated in my degree of nerdiness so that now, I watch jdoramas (as I've learned the hardcore fans call them) in addition to anime.
I'm starting to feel like one of those people who get really really into another culture other than their own. You know, like those white guys who wish they were Chinese (aka Rice Kings)? Those people annoy me and my own nerdiness is just becoming so shameful to me. LOL
On a good note, my period came. I am no longer a pregnant virgin (no reference to Mary intended).

This week has not been my best, to say the very least. It's only Tuesday and things have already gotten weird/stressful/just plain bad. How bad? Well let's see:
1. I have three midterms this week. And I can't take a break next week because I have three assignments plus a midterm then. No rest for Julie.
2. I've discovered this scabby thing beside my mouth. Is that a cold sore I see? I better not have the herpes virus. I'd be very disappointed if I did. I mean, I don't share drinks or food with anyone. What is this coming-out-of-nowhere thing? At least if I am going to get the herpes virus, make it so that I get it by making out with a hot guy, geez!
3. My car stalled on me today. I panicked and pouted for about two hours. Then I boosted my battery and it worked again. But my car stalled while I was on my way to buy dinner so no sushi for me tonight. ='(
4. My period is late. My period is never late. I'm on the pill! I'm supposed to be regulated, hello?? I'm not stressed either. Okay, maybe a little stressed (see reason 1) Pregnant? I have been getting headaches lately. Riiiight...I've got herpes and I'm pregnant but I haven't made out with anyone and I haven't had sex...like ever.
And last but not least...
5. I live in a sauna. How I wish I was joking or exaggerating but I'm not. The temperature in my apartment has been consistently at or above 28 C. Gee, it's only spring too. Gosh, I wish I had air conditioning.
So, I've still got four more days to go before this week is over. Juuussst greeaaatt -_-"
Footnote: I did have one highlight of the week though. Me and Cynthia saved a rabbit from certain death. I spotted it across the parking lot, sitting on the balcony of the apartment across from us. We then broke into the apartment, put the bunny back into its box and then quietly left. But we accidentally let the bunny into its owner's room and it peed on the bed (oops).

So every time I go to Loblaws to shop for groceries, I always pass by this stand of organic juices and stuff like that. I've never tried any of them before cuz they're expensive but I decided to splurge a bit on Sunday. I bought myself a bottle of Green Goodness and Vanilla Chai Tea. So anyway, I finally decided to drink my bottle of Green Goodness today. And after a bit of struggle opening the bottle, I discover juice that was about this colour. A nice, thick, blend of puke green goodness.
Not meaning to sound like I didn't like it, it actually tastes quite good. It's supposed to be an apple and kiwi mixture. Here's the description on the bottle:
"Why you should feel good about what's in this bottle.
Pakced with phytonutrients found in nature's most nutritious greens, our Green Goodness is a unique blend of 8 delicious fruits and 14 powerful nutrients. Five to ten servings of fruits and vegetables are recommended every day for good health...and you are holding about 2 of them."
So, lucky me, I've just had two of my daily servings of fruits and veggies. Yes...my juice had veggies in it...a LOT of veggies, as I soon found out from the ingredient label. I had a lot of fun grossing Jess out with the label.
And so...I present to you, the ingredient list from my bottle of Green Goodness:
The yummy ingredients: Apple Juice from Concentrate, Pineapple Juice from Concentrate, Mango Puree from Concentrate, Banana Puree, Kiwi Juice
The other stuff, some which you wouldn't expect to find in a bottle of juice: Natural Flavour, Spirulina, Open Cell Chlorella, Vitamin C, Lime Juice, Zinc Sulfate, Broccoli, Green Tea, Spinach, Barley Grass, Wheat Grass, Blue Green Algae, Echinacea Purpurea Extract, Odorless Garlic, Tamarind Puree, Dragon Fruit Juice, Lemon Bioflavinoids, Jerusalem Artichoke, and Nova Scotia Dulce.
Does anyone even know what Nova Scotia Dulce is? Spirulina? Chlorella? Blue Green Algae? YUM! lol

And so, the first week of Spring term passes.
Nothing eventful so far. Spencer apparently came in on Monday to just walk around (-_-").
My schedule sucks. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I begin at 8:30, have a one hour break, have another class at 10:30, have a three hour break and then have either a three-hour class or a two-hour lab.
Nothing on Tuesdays
Thursday I have a three-hour class beginning at 2:30.
Like come on! Can I have some consistency here?
At least I end early Fridays...
Funny how after being separated for four months, my roomies and I move back in and interact as if there's been no break to begin with.
Anyways...dinner with some people next week...and then...I don't know. I hope things get more eventful.
Come in and visit me, you people!
